What this company is, plainly.
SHL Enterprises is a young company. It was formed in January 2026 and runs two brands today. There is no point pretending otherwise on a page like this.
I want to be direct about what we are, because the alternative — stock photography and a paragraph about disruption — tells you nothing.
We sell physical consumer goods online, in the United States and in France. We own the brands. We choose the products, write the pages, buy the media, arrange the shipping and answer the emails. When an order is late, it is late because of a decision we made, and it is our job to fix it.
Most online brands fail for boring reasons. The product arrives three weeks after the date printed on the page. The refund is permanently “processing”. Nobody answers. I have bought from those stores myself. The failure is almost never sophisticated — it is a company that stopped caring the moment the payment cleared.
So this company is built around the boring part. Dispatch windows we actually meet. Tracking on every order. A refund when a refund is owed, without an argument. A reply in the language the customer wrote in. None of that is a competitive advantage. It is the minimum. It is simply uncommon.
Being small helps here. There is no layer between a customer’s complaint and the person who can resolve it. That person is me.
If you are a bank, a payment processor, a supplier or a platform reviewing this company: I would rather you asked hard questions than assumed. Our formation records are public and our documentation is available on request. Write to me directly.
